Welcome to HiG- a little space I created to share some of the DIY lifestyle improvements I've been learning and practicing myself to live a more healthy, happy and balanced life, to be more mindful of each moment I get to be here and use my creativity to make the most of it. (Plus, to occasionally shine a light on a topic or two I may feel deserves some attention).
I would love to share here what I've already learned, both intellectually and through experience, share my sources and my on-going research into how to be, as cliche as this may sound, the best version of ourselves we can possibly be and live our best life in this brief moment that we're here.

I do belive that each of us is wonderfully unique and there really isn't a one-size-fits-all recipe for a healthy and balanced life, (no one specific diet or lifestyle practices that will suit everyone and guarantee success), but I also believe that there are many principles that stand true for many of us and it's good to know them and try them out because they just might make you feel better, who knows? I belive that becasue we are so unique it is really imporant to talk about our own unique experineces becasue shaing them might help others going through simila.....
If there is at least one person out there whom this content could help, inspire or motivate then it's worth it for me. Worst case scenario I'll just be a good way for my to organize my own thoughts and research:)

What's my "Why?"?
I've decided to create this space to share some of what I've studied, researched, learned, practiced and/or experienced over the last few years. Here are some of the topic I've been into, just to give you an idea about what could make it into this little blog of mine:
Plus, since it's a blog I'll probably throw in a personal thought or opinion here and there and possibly an entry or two about something totally different that's also close to my heart.
If there's at least one person out there whom HiG's content could help in any way, shape or form, who it could inspire or motivate then it'll be totally worth it for me. And, I guess, worst case scenario that person will just be me, and this will just serve me as a space to organize my thoughts- so it's a win either way:).

What's my "Why?"?
I've decided to create this space to share some of what I've studied, researched, learned, practiced and/or experienced over the last few years. It's basically all kind of lifestyle "hacks" in a way- things I've learned while looking for ways to live.. well, simply happier. To live the best life possible at any given moment, to be in balance as often as possible, to be as creative and productive as possible, while still being present and mindful every step of the way. I guess that sums it up about right.

Here are some of the topic I've been into, just to give you an idea about what could make it into this little blog of mine:
Plus, since it's a blog I'll probably throw in a personal thought or opinion here and there and possibly an entry or two about something totally different that's also close to my heart.

Although over the years I have definitely gained quite a lot of knowledge on these topics, I'm am fully aware that I'm still barely scratching the surface here and that's why I'd also like this to be a place where I could share with you some of my favorite resources that I myself use to broaden my knowledge on a daily basis.

If there's at least one person out there whom HiG's content could help in any way, shape or form, whom it could inspire or motivate to be the best possible version of themselves then it'll be totally worth it for me. And, I guess, worst case scenario, this will just serve me as a space to keep my various interests organized in one place.
